AcademeForge is officially registered as a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) under the Ministry of MSME, Government of India. These terms govern your use of the entire AcademeForge ecosystem.
2. User Accounts
A single AcademeForge account grants you access to multiple platforms (AF Nexus, Timezy, Scholars Test, etc.). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against bullying, hate speech, spam, and academic dishonesty (such as cheating on Scholars Test assessments). Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AcademeForge and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
While we strive to provide the best educational tools, our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
AcademeForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our platforms.
7. Modifications to the Service
We are actively upgrading the ecosystem. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
